Santa Clarita Vinyl Fence — Privacy Policy

Santa Clarita Vinyl Fence is a website operated by Liberty Horns LLC. This policy explains what the site collects, how it is used and who sees it. Effective date: 2026-10-08.

What we collect

Availability form: we receive only these fields: fence style, approximate length in feet, site conditions (slope, old fence removal, soil), gates and upgrades you selected, the area or ZIP you picked, whether you wrote project notes, and the page you were on. Your email address and phone number are received only if you type them in; both are optional. There is no name field, and our server rejects any other field. Price ranges: the range shown on screen is calculated from your selections alone. Voicemail line: if a phone number is shown on this site, it goes to voicemail, not to a person. We receive the caller ID number, the date, time and length of the call, and the message you leave, stored as audio and text. Site analytics: page views, clicks on phone links, form starts, which fields were filled and form submissions, collected with IP anonymization and without any contact details.

How we use it

To show you a local price range, to send you one message when a licensed installer starts taking bookings through this site (only if you left an email), to answer a voicemail or form by a single human reply within 90 days (only if you left a phone number or email), and to measure local demand: counts of price checks, calls, voicemails and form submissions. If you ticked the text/call box, Santa Clarita Vinyl Fence (Liberty Horns LLC) may text or call you once about availability; nobody else will. We do not send marketing email, we do not make automated or prerecorded calls, and we do not sell or share your personal information for money or for anything else of value.

Who else sees it

Our form-handling, telephone, hosting and analytics providers process the data on our behalf and only to provide those services. We may show de-identified, aggregated demand statistics (for example, calls per week or price checks by fence style) and redacted excerpts of voicemails or notes, with names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses removed, to installers considering a partnership with this site. No installer receives your contact details. When a licensed installer begins taking bookings here, we send you one message that names the installer, their license status and insurance, and asks whether you want them to contact you. Only if you say yes do we pass your request and contact details to that installer; a request we never hear back on is deleted on the schedule below.

How long we keep it

Form submissions, email addresses and phone numbers: 12 months, or 30 days after we send the availability message, whichever comes first. Voicemail audio and text and call records: 90 days. Aggregated statistics without personal information are kept indefinitely.

Your choices and rights

California residents may ask what information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a correction by emailing TBD. We answer within 45 days. Deleting your details also removes you from the availability list. If you consented to texts, reply STOP to any text to opt out. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; the analytics described above apply regardless.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. When bookings open and the installer is named, this policy is updated to describe how booking details are handled.
